By going on-site for an evaluation, we are able to learn about the work requirements and demands of a company, the difficulties they face on a day-to-day basis, and the many excellent people who perform that work. This report is a summary of what we learned, combined with recommendations as to what can be done to move forward. The second phase in our process is, of course, implementation, during which, if our findings and recommendations are approved, we return to assist in the process of instituting the changes we have outlined herein. This second phase can be tough, but it is also the most stimulating and enjoyable part of the entire process. It is extremely rewarding to be able to support quality people become more effective in their jobs, and to see morale improve right before our eyes.
