Ven Global Strategies is a boutique Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting firm in Washington, D.C. Our primary expertise is developing and implementing change management strategies to manage the people side of major change, usually driven by large-scale technology and business process transformations. Our goal is to maximize solution adoption and usage through the application of our Via Delta℠ Change Management Methodology which includes strategic communications, training, sponsorship and leadership alignment, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, role change management, adoption reinforcement and success measurement. Our change management methods map to Prosci principles and ACMP's The Standard, and have proven successful with Agile, waterfall and hybrid development models. We typically subcontract through larger consulting companies and we are always looking for partners.
