I-Scientific Labs Sdn. Bhd. is a MSC Malaysia status company with a team of 12 dedicated staff. It was founded in September 2007 by two Malaysian engineers with a view to revolutionizing interactive visualisation applications and services in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). CFD describes the process of predicting physical fluid flows, heat transfer and chemical reactions using computational methods. It is used in a wide range of industries. Understanding how fluid and heat transfer mechanisms work is important for engineers and scientists to gain deeper insights to improve the operation of the mechanisms they are working on.Since its inception, I-Scientific Labs has been working on the development of its own proprietary CFD visualisation software, the SARO 3D CFD Software Toolkit. The SARO Toolkit provides robust solver solutions for fluid flow, heat transfer and chemical reactions while delivering best-in-class modelling, analysis, visualisation, predictive, performance and process automation solutions in CFD. It allows users to build a virtual prototype of a product design they wish to analyse allowing them to predict the performance of that design.SARO addresses a niche market in Advanced Analytics by providing users with the ability to analyse, explore, and support critical decision making processes - the software enables users to quickly grasp the importance of large amounts of data. SARO provides researchers with the edge needed to achieve scientific breakthroughs by presenting raw data as interactive 3D visualisations that provide better connections between researchers and their visual models, make data easier to understand and help to induce the "spark" towards innovation. I-Scientific Labs intends to capture a dominant market share of this emerging technology with the supply of an economical, yet powerful analysis platform for the higher education, scientific and engineering community.
