We believe in the concept of Citizen Diplomacy - the concept that as citizens we have the right - even the responsibility - to help shape U.S. foreign relations "one handshake at a time." Our flagship program is the International Visitor Leaership Program administered by the U.S. Department of State. In addition, UCCD is the Utah chapter of the World Affairs Councils of America.
