The Macello di Parma, deals with the wholesale of beef and is a significant reality with over 30,000 animals slaughtered each year establishing itself as the fourth national reality.The operating plant is located on an area that extends over 33,000 square meters, of which 4500 square meters consisting of covered area, adjacent to the Agri-Food and Logistics Center, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Agricultural Consortium, the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Lombardy and Emilia Romagna and the former Cattle Market area.Operates with the standards required by IFS, FSSC 22000, Biological and Halal certifications, accredited for export to the Community.It is in agreement with the University of Parma - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, for studies, teaching and internship.For information: mirko@macellodiparma.it
