This focus inspires us to search for new solutions that will revolutionize the industry.In 2015 we introduced our new SIN Beam product to the North American market. SIN Beam uses an innovative design that is up to 30% lighter than conventional Wide Flange beams – and has started making big waves from coast to coast. With numerous projects now completed and the recent BCC ruling of SIN Beam code compliance, SIN Beam is truly an advancement in North American steel construction.Our product is steel fabrication from raw materials for the construction of building structural frames.The fabrication process begins with the engineering of the steel, defining the raw material requirements and specifications for our customers' projects.Once the design is finalized the cutting (shearing) and burning of the materials moulds the raw material to the size called for by the specifications. After the structures are sized they are formed and machined in preparation for the welding. The formed and machined parts are assembled and tack welded into place, then verified for accuracy.
