The goal is to provide a non-judgemental space where you are able to process through events in life that feel hard and challenging. I strive to provide a place to find hope, direction and through therapy, there is always a way to address your issues and find coping skills that will help now and in the future. Marriage therapy or couples counseling is designed to help you work through relationship or communication problems and create emotional closeness. I help couples understand the emotional needs of each partner, meet each other's needs and learn tools to negotiate differences, problem solve and work through conflict in a healthier way to gain and maintain a deeper level of intimacy and closeness. In our therapy sessions, we will work to solve current problems and identify underlying issues and patterns that you have as a couple. We will work to create new healthy patterns of dealing with marital issues and create a marriage that you want. I offer client-centered tele-therapy that is designed to nurture healthy relationships, learn to balance life challenges with fun so that you can live a life that is full of happiness and purpose.
