UGRacing is a Formula Student team based within the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Each year, undergraduates from all levels and engineering disciplines come together to conceptualise, design, manufacture, and race a single seat race car. The team competes every July in Formula Student at the Silverstone race circuit. The team is run by students, for students, and is completely self funded through sponsorship deals and monetary contributions. It acts as a valuable stepping stone between university life, and the engineering industries, which is why world renowned companies take on our graduates year after year.In 2018 UGRacing recorded their best ever result, placing 11th Overall and best in Scotland.
