All of our consultants come from the financial services industry. As former managers they have each had exposure to HR, hiring and learning and development functions. Furthermore, all consultants in the business have more than 20 years' financial services industry experience. Our staff members are highly trained in conducting industry-specific interviews, allowing for greater understanding of the individual's suitability to work within the chosen role.
