Nöl Collective partners with cooperatives and small businesses in Palestine to produce slow fashion which funds community-organized projects and workshops. We don't believe that ethical consumerism, social impact, and fashion need to be mutually exclusive. Our work is built upon shedding light upon the geo-political and social framework which affects the lives of those creating our clothes, we're forging an informed conversation between consumers and producers. In partnering with a factory in Gaza and a women's embroidery cooperative which employs over sixty women, we're providing consumers with a locally and ethically produced garment which feature and celebrate Palestinian traditional embroidery and textile history. Profits from the sale of this apparel funds social impact projects. These projects include workshops for menstruation education for 5th and 6th grade students, all with the aim of providing a safe and open space for young Palestinians to engage in with these topics.
