We saw companies turning to poorly-run ad agencies, PR firms, digital marketing teams and consulting groups not realizing why they weren't seeing results. These industries promote complacency, client misinformation, and internal result inflation because its convenient, and in many cases, the client wouldn't know the difference. It should never be the client's responsibility to make sure whoever they work with in creative, digital, and publicity spaces actually know what they're doing. Unfortunately, it happens; and the questions you ask are limited to your own knowledge of that industry or rest on the basis of severed trust and poor experiences. You shouldn't need to be an expert to find expert work. That's why we established a team of creative and results-driven leaders who excel in their respective spaces while working one-on-one with our clients.
