The main service we offer is Float therapy where you will float in 10 inches of warm water that has 1000 pounds of epsom salt dissolved in it! After about 10 minutes of floating, your spine will extend about an inch and your joints decompress. Since you are completely weightless, all of your muscles will relax! We also offer Far Infrared Saunas where you can sweat out all the toxins in a stress free environment that will increase blood flow and reduce inflammation. We strongly encourage customers to sit in the sauna before they experience their float therapy to get the full benefits from floating.Other amenities include the Oxygen Bar, Spray Tanning, and our self-care products that we make ourselves.
