A personal interview with your home! ® Certified. Due diligence: Investors, homeowners, mortgage lenders, RE agents, brokers & home buyers must ascertain a property's condition before negotiating transactions. With a more up-close-and-personal view of your property, you are better armed to prioritize and plan for sales, upgrades, remodels, additions, etc. Even a new build may have substandard elements a buyer should be aware of and have the developer correct before taking possession. It's best to know in advance whether your prospective home has safety issues. Avoid surprises after the move-in! Our basic 230- point checklist expands with every additional feature of the home, focusing an inspector on key elements, observing any violations of safe building practices, age-related decline in any of its systems, including structural problems, roofing, exterior, and any measurable point-of-use issues with plumbing, electrical, foundation, utility flow and equipment -and more. Within one business day, the inspector emails each client a final 80-100 page status report within one business day - with images, status assessment, and alerts. If the client is present when the inspection is finished, the inspector may also have the opportunity to review the report on site, highlighting any major issues, if found. Contact us!
