United Health & Wellness Detox is a state licensed, free standing medical detox facility. Our mission is to helping people who struggle with alcoholism, drug addiction, and co-occuring disorders. Located along a peaceful lake in the city of Brunswick, on Georgia's beautiful south coast, our campus features well-appointed private and semi-private rooms, relaxing living and dining areas, a community room, gaming stations, and a serene outdoor deck for lounging and reflection. Our dedicated team of doctors, nurses, behavioral health techs, licensed therapists and support staff provide evidence based treatment and a full spectrum approach to healing; mind, body and spirit. Our medical detox services are covered by most health insurance plans.
