Our experience in a wide variety of fields allows us to solve problems in almost any industry.Engineering:We work with our customers to consider all of the features and functionality needed to make their product or project successful. We can help conduct research to make sure all necessary requirements are included in the design. We use the latest computer aided design and computer aided engineering software to design, refine, and analyze the part or assembly. The 3D designs allow us and our customers to visualize and improve the design before ever building.Automation:We help reduce the cycle time and variation of key processes through the use of intelligent design and sensor integration. Whether automating an inspection procedure, designing a mistake proof work station, or automating a repetitive task; we work with your process experts to design and deliver solutions that give you the results you need.Prototyping:We can work with plastics, metals, composites and other materials to build functional prototypes. We update the design based on feedback from real-world testing. We can also design and build test fixtures and experiments to replicate extreme conditions and verify performance assumptions.Machining and Fabrication:We have in-house manufacturing capabilities and can fabricate anything from simple components to complex assemblies. Our full service shop includes manual and cnc machining centers along with welding and other fabrication equipment. We specialize in part runs of 1-1000 pcs and difficult to machine parts. We can also reverse engineer and duplicate existing parts.
