21st Century Contracts Limited is a privately owned company which provides Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contracting from Design & Build to traditional engineering projects, project management and planned maintenance for a diverse range of clients.The origins of the company were founded on combining the technical expertise and management of engineering personnel who have over 50 years experience in the building services industry; and the company has seen continued growth throughout its ten year history based upon sound practises, quality installations and working closely in a non adversarial manner with all our clients. We operate in all sectors of the industry, working regularly with main contractors and developers for the installation of electrical and mechanical services. We also provide our services directly to clients within the commercial, retail, industrial and public sectors and have completed many bespoke high quality residential developments.
