JCI (Junior Chamber International) is a Global Network of young active citizens between ages of 18 and 40 years old, allocated in 5,000 chapters in more than 117 countries around the world. It aims to advance the global community by providing development opportunities that empower young people to create positive impact in their communities.\\In 2004, JCI Syria has been established as the youth commission of International Chamber of Commerce in Syria to incubate all the young people working on self and business development. Also, to enhance creativity, leadership, and social responsibility towards local, national and global communities.\\Through its ten years of active citizenship, JCI Syria achieved more than 500 successful projects in 6 chapters: Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Lattakia, Hama, Deir Al Zor and executed by volunteers and won 50 International awards.\An example of its projects: Best Business Plan Competition 2007-2011, Volunteerism Festival, Homs playgrounds, our city in Aleppo, Save for Syria, CSR, etc.)
