All our consultants are qualified to Masters level in HR or Psychology. We assist clients with a wide range of HR based activities from bespoke resourcing to HR advice on contracts and handbooks to performance appraisal and training. The difference is very clear when a new client works with us. For example, if we source a candidate for a client, we can also draft their contract, put specific clauses (especially important for senior candidates) or advise on work permits or employment law issues that may impact on the placement.
