The purpose of Happy Jack Cats, Inc. is the prevention of cruelty to kittens, the relief of suffering among kittens, and the extension of humane education. We are a foster based non-profit rescue and rehabilitation group. 1. We provide clean, healthy, and loving environments, food, shelter, and temporary housing for abused, stray, orphaned or abandoned kittens until their adoptions. 2. We promote public health and safety by encouraging rabies and other vaccinations. 3. We educate the community about animal welfare issues. 4. We find homes for kittens there-by reducing the need for euthanasia. 5. We promote the spay/neuter of companion cats in our communities.
