Assistant Professor at UT Arlington - College of Liberal Arts - Arlington, Texas, United States
In the UTA College of Liberal Arts, students receive an enriched education centered on the cultivation of oral, written, and analytical skills which they will apply for a lifetime. A liberal arts degree from UTA prepares them to think critically and independently by exploring and developing their imaginations. Serving more than 4,700 students in one of UTA's most diverse academic units, we offer a breadth of 27 undergraduate degrees and 21 graduate degrees which include the M.F.A and Ph.D programs in English, Transatlantic History, and Linguistics. The College of Liberal Arts includes 12 departments that house disciplines in the arts (with national accreditation through the National Association of Schools of Art & Design and The National Association of Schools of Music), humanities, social sciences, and areas of communication, languages, and linguistics. Students and faculty have been recognized nationally and internationally for their research, scholarship and creative activity. By connecting the arts and sciences through digital humanities research, we are helping UTA become a more comprehensive University. Visit www.uta.edu/libarts to learn more.
