With Non-Executive Chairman, Nigel Freer, who joined FWP Matthews in July 2014 as Director and investor.We have been milling premium organic and conventional flours for the craft and artisan baker for over 100 years. Our point of difference is quality, customer service and complete range of artisan flours fulfilling every bakery requirement. This includes high protein white, brown, wholemeal, pastry, cake and rye flours as well as mixes such as Cotswold Crunch, Cotswold Eight Grain and Maizebite.We have recently invested in a mixing and blending plant as well as a new pre pack machine. We can offer customers flexibility in developing their own bespoke blends with a quick turnaroundWe deliver nationwide in our own liveried lorries in bags from 1kg through to 27 tonne tanker loads and are accredited to BRC and Soil Association, as well as being a member of the National Association of Master Bakers.FWP Matthews have a strong environmental ethos and currently operate our vehicles on Euro 4-6 engines, 6 now being the cleanest engine in the market. As well as recycling as much waste as possible.
