Our platform consists of 3 main layers. First one we call it base layer - is a set of base communication services: voice calls and VOIP, land line and mobile numbers, SMS and messengers, Speech generation and speech recognitionSecond one we call it Logical - is a set of common APIs and SDKs, documentation, sandbox, use cases, reports and statistics combined in a personal control panel.Third one is level of business applications - it is standardised ready to use products: Voice bot, Incognito service and SMS marketing campaigns.Business applications are also integrated with popular it systems, that allows customers to start using it with almost 0 code approach. For example we have integration of Voice bot with E-recruiter - very popular Application Tracking System in Poland. This integration allows customers to conduct phone interviews with their candidates in an automated way just in 1 minute after the candidate replied to the position. Voice bot receives all needed information from ATS and matches it with recruitment scenario, then arranges phone call, asks needed questions, answers the questions of candidate and puts back all the results and answers to ATS of the client. Voice bot is also integrated with TeamTailor and Zapier and has its own APIs. That allows it to integrate almost with any IT system.
