We take to heart the “people helping people” philosophy, the principle on which credit unions were founded. Consumer Reports recently published findings from a study they’ve been conducting since 2012 to rate “key aspects of customer service care” across 22 industries. Credit unions were rated the best industry with a score of 90 out of 100. And, SchoolsFirst FCU ranked the best among all credit unions nationwide. We serve school employees and their families across the state of California.
