We are an ambitious company looking to bring some pioneering solutions and new methodology to operating privately owned children's homes. Our main focus is directed towards achieving a high level of operating efficiency and quality of care through providing a therapeutic community for vulnerable young people.Children's homes are regulated by Ofsted who set standards in line with the Children's Home Regulations (England) 2015. FtF have set out its own minimum standards that strive to go above these standards thus ensuring service quality expectations and delivery are of the high possible standard. As we are a small operator we can focus our resources more effectively on creating a ‘homely' and therapeutic environment, rather than just being a cog in a much larger chain. We value quality over quantity and our vision is to create a high quality services that can achieve the best outcomes for all children and young people who come to live with us.
