Group lessons of 1 hour, high intensity interval training, guided and directed by a specialized and experienced personal trainer. Because you train on your own heart rate, all levels, shapes and sizes can join the workouts. During the workout, you can always see if you're in the right heart rate zone on our screens. That way, you always exercise at the right intensity. No group training has ever been this personal.
