Community engagement has been a cornerstone of the change programme at Fylde, ensuring that stakeholders are involved has helped to secure ownership of the change. Employee research and surveys are carried out as well as customer research and member consultation programmes. Change in Fylde is now accepted as a constant, the 'day job'​ and as such we aim to recruit people with a positive attitude who will face the fantastic challenges faced by local government today with a view to seeking solutions and securing new opportunities.
