Bouman Machinefabriek (Bouman Machine Factory) was established more than half a century ago. Our sector has undergone a great boom since then. In the past, technical skills were all you needed in the manufacturing industry, but nowadays strategic partnership and organisational skills are becoming increasingly important. We still specialise in machining, welding and assembly, as we did in the past. When carrying out complicated projects however, we increasingly seek collaboration with suppliers who are able to provide sound added value. These strategic partners enable us to expand our technological know-how even further. Over the years we have forged a strong relationship based on mutual trust with many of these suppliers. Our approach is based on a clear vision: The Machine Factory has adopted excellent process management as a conscious strategy and Process Technology has adopted excellent project management as its strategy.
