The idea of Coffee Tailoring basically is according to the customer's request on five major areas: Acidity, Sweetness, Body, Aroma and Aftertaste, to do the adjustment of the grinding size, the ratio, coffee weight, temperature and the extraction time, etc. We believed that every barista should has the ability to being more flexible on the coffee brewing and shouldn't be limited instead of following the fixed standard as we believed that is the true value of the barista, not a machine.Consultancy & Management ServiceBeside of the cafe business, Haven also provides consultancy and management service to assist people to make their dream comes true and secure their business, especially that's very important to have a good concept to start with and a good operations system for the long term development.
