Istituto Marchigiano di Enogastronomia (IME) promotes Wine & Food from le Marche region in Italy and abroad. It is considered the hospitality and travel industry's preferred partner for wine and culinary experiences in le Marche region.It is home to IME Experience, the multimedia hub where visitors through sensorial experiences connect with the flavors of le Marche region. With 10 multimedia sections, arranged on the three floors of the ancient Palazzo Balleani in Jesi, IME shows local wines, DOP and IGP food, traditional recipes, anecdotes, and stories of Marche's culinary culture. The visit culminates in the tasting room, where visitors can choose among 40 wines and various DOP and IGP food products.IME fosters culinary education for professionals, students, and food lovers. Its courses and training focus on le Marche regional cooking and are held at IME, where a professional kitchen of 170 square meters and 12 stations is available.
