The Inoyo Toro Foundation is a not for profit, non Governmental organization. She has over the years been actively involved in the development of education in Akwa Ibom State through investing resources in human capital development in the educational sector. The Foundation is the first of its kind. Its involvement has largely been through fostering positive and healthy competition among teachers. A mentoring Program where professionals organise mentoring sessions with select students from various public schools is yet another aspect of the intervention for which the platform provides. Only a year ago, a new award was introduced to the Foundations's award's program. The principals' award aims at rewarding the efforts of exceptional school heads who have distinguished themselves in pushing for the academic advancement of their institutions. The Foundation Plans to further its scope in order to accommodate more students, principals and other stake holders in the educational sector.
