IntAct is a pioneering research initiative into the behavioural aspects of data privacy—a crucial issue in an increasingly connected world. An outcome of a shared vision between behavioural science specialists the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics and the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change (CSBC), the IntAct project is supported by Omidyar Network as part of its work on digital identity. Using laboratory tests and in-field experiments in India and Kenya, it aims to understand behavioural factors that help in building a stronger data privacy environment.
