In the airy, high-ceilinged space, a team of instructors fulfill this mission with a host of Yoga and Pilates classes. Seven days a week, groups convene to strengthen physiques on Pilates Reformer machines, or strike poses and regulate breathing during Hatha or Hot Power Yoga sessions. The studio is also home to a spa, where visitors can relax during a hot-stone massage.
