This translates into a partnering process that allows customers to have a critical input into the design of the automation solutions developed for each one.As well, our philosophy is that once a system is installed, it is our job to help that customer continue to realize long-term benefits from the investment, including making available technology upgrades over the life of the system so customer's can realize savings after many years of usage. Some of our original systems from 20 years ago are still in use at customers today.
