Clients range from 1-employee up to 1000+ employee size companies. Most clients fall in the small- to mid-size range though, where the need for HR exists yet the budget to maintain an in-house staff of trained professionals does not. When PCI says it is "Your Human Resource Department,"​ we mean it as all bases are covered, from payroll and tax filing, to obtaining and administering your employee benefits and workers'​ compensation, handling all UI and SDI claims, providing HR compliance counseling, and more. Although serving over 15,000 client worksite employees, PCI prides itself on maintaining a boutique appeal which delivers personalized service to all its clientele. This is evident with the business model that provides for a dedicated Payroll Corodinator who serves as the client's primary go-to person for all things-HR. We abhor the call center concept, and strive to maintain consistent direct points of contact between PCI's team and the client so as to provide a steady flow of customer service.
