As a student-led consulting group on campus at the University of Michigan, our mission is centered on a three-pronged approach. First, we provide pro-bono management consulting services to local businesses and university organizations by utilizing the core principles of Lean methodology. We have a proven track record of driving optimization for our clients in multiple aspects of their business model via manufacturing, data analytics, supply chain networks, etc.. Second, we strive to educate students, business leaders, and the community about Lean techniques. We believe in highly effective communication and collaboration to solve problems as we embrace new ideas. Third, we are more than just young professionals. Fostering a genuine social community for our members is critical for us to sustain success and build a talent pool of balanced individuals.
