MSF Was started in June of 2008 as a Fitness company primarily focused on outdoor activities and workouts. After years of martial arts training and strength/conditioning training we started searching for different and better ways to get fit that didn't involve hours at the Globo gyms.As part of this journey we were certified through http://www.issaonline.com as a personal ftiness trainer in January of 2008.In July of 2008 we started exploring the world of http://www.crossfit.com and started working out at http://www.crossfitboston.com and became a Level 1 trainer in March of 2009.MSF Workouts involve full body workouts, strength and conditioning workouts, we use body weight, kettlebells, dumbells and anything else we can get our curious hands on.In January 2011 Mountain Strength Fitness Affiliated with CrossFit.com to become an official CrossFit Affiliate Mountain Strength CrossFit.We are located between Porter Sq.
