Formed in late 2006, Z Resorts assumed all operations management of Hotel ZaZa Dallas in January of 2007. With Z Resorts at the helm, Hotel ZaZa is the RevPAR leader of luxury, independent hotels in the Dallas market and a top five RevPAR performing hotel in the state of Texas. Due to the exciting success of Hotel ZaZa Dallas, the principals expanded ZaZa’s portfolio into Houston by renovating and re-branding the historic Warwick Hotel. Hotel ZaZa Houston opened in June of 2007 and Z Resorts has consistently increased its market penetration and now ranks in the top tier of all Houston luxury hotels in RevPAR.
