These Hotels were subsequently sold and re-branded to Holiday Inns, Best Westerns, Radisson, and others. We designed and built the award-winning Lifestyle Community known as The Cabins at Sun Peaks Resort in British Columbia, Canada. Purchasers there saw their values double in 5 years. We recently completed developing Sophie's Landing Lakeside Club, a $66M gated waterfront community in Orillia, Ontario. Sophie's Landing is over 95% sold and built-out. This project won 2 Urban Design Awards and is the leading Lifestyle Community in Ontario. Our main service is custom home designing and building.
