Deaconess VNA is Medicare and Medicaid certified, not-for-profit and a United Way agency.Deaconess VNA staff travels nearly one million miles every year to deliver thousands of hours of in-home care to individuals recuperating from a hospital stay, coping with chronic illness or disability, or facing age-related or end-of-life challenges. Hospice services are also available to eligible patients in facilities, including Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana; and in the John and Betty Charlier Hospice Center in the Deaconess VNA building in downtown Evansville, Indiana.
