It has a smaller footprint, yet provides greater processing flexibility. Our tunnels outer shell is made of durable fiberglass. The injection is LN2 or CO2 and is automatic and adjustable. The injection is designed with solenoid valves for simplicity and reliability. Ample doors provide full access and easy entry to the interior for cleaning and maintenance, the doors are designed to never freeze shut. The modular design allows for easy and cost-efficient expansion as your processing needs grow.The shipping containers are designed for the dry ice, wholesale grocer, and food service, medical, and chemical industries. Our insulated containers were designed to withstand extreme temperatures, payload, and rugged use. Our different sizes include 11 cu. ft., 30 cu. ft. 96 cu. ft. and more! The sublimation rate is 7% loss/ day with pellets and 5% with blocks. Inner and outer shell is made of Polyethylene Plastic. Fork lift accessible from all sides.
