Due to steadygrowth, the company moved to its present location in Boksburg East – Industrial.George Stott & Co acquired ownership of the company, effective 1st January 2005, makingMM&G Mining and Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd, one of a few large fabricationbusinesses in the country with BEE ownership.MM&G continually strives to improve its position as a premier steel fabricating andengineering group, supplying and servicing the Mining and Construction Industries.
