The Espressione Corporea Project is my personal approach to Espressione Corporea that combines principles of Dance, Theatre, Laban Studies, Qigong, Tai Chi, Vocal training, Music, Dalcroze, as well as creative writing and visual arts. I teach this multi-modal approach using movement, visual art, and vocal/music games that train the senses and create relationships between sound, image, movement and musical language. Using these expressive arts, The Espressione Corporea Project aims to foster greater awareness of others and self, stimulate creativity, and improve communication skills. It can also provide an avenue for exploring the link between the creative and the sacred, and the spiritual role of creativity and the arts.
