We also seek out, and contract with, organizations such as the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac), and many other permanent investors to insure that the most competitive and versatile lending products are available. We are delegated underwriters for FNMA, FHLMC, GINNIE MAE and many jumbo and super jumbo products.
