We're a collective that's building mixed-income rental housing and gathering spaces all over Canada – because we believe that secure, stable homes can be the foundation for a life full of opportunity. We aim to deliver housing for 34,000 people in the next 15 years, and are working to be a Net Positive Company by 2030. Our obtainable rental housing provides the lasting security and stability that individuals and communities need to focus on realising their potential. Our projects respond to issues of housing affordability and the climate crisis, and answer community space and service needs. They promote sustainability and advance right relations, anti-colonialism and anti-racism approaches.
