Where State and/or Federal regulations allow, we are also able to incorporate electronic sex offender and child abuse registries. AD&S was founded in 1989 to offer affordable solutions to its clientele. We received our National Women's Business Enterprise Certification from WBENC on September 30, 2012.At AD&S, our mission is to honor and defend the vulnerable and helpless through the implementation of State and FBI Criminal History Background Checks, utilizing fingerprint technologies. We will continually communicate with, and learn from, our Customers to improve our products and services.
