In 2004, Roser & Cowen expanded to Laredo, Texas and purchased a 51,000 square foot warehouse in the Killam Industrial Park. In 2015, Roser & Cowen purchased the assets of Cain Customs Brokerage in Hidalgo, Texas which included an 80,000 square foot warehouse.
