The Firm actively litigates in all areas of employment law before the New Jersey and New York state and federal courts and concentrates on the litigation of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, ERISA, medical leave, breach of contract and restrictive covenant claims. Additionally, it provides advice to corporate clients and Human Resources Personnel on employment issues and practices. Mr. Hyderally has drafted numerous Employment Manuals and Handbooks for a variety of businesses, conducted training and seminars, and implemented complaint procedures to help insulate companies from litigation exposure.
