We use relevant technology to leverage virtual working including Trello (Change projects management), Zoom (collaborative workshops), Dropbox (document exchange) and Miro (collaborative change tools). Our way of working is pragmatic and based on ‘on the ground' realities, but with focus and effort in the direction of perfection. We work in collaboration, at all levels, with our clients. We use innovative methods to capture information as well as to distil and communicate findings and drive change. This includes the use of accelerated and highly-facilitated workshops, structured and open questioning and intuitive 'discovery' methods. Our team has extensive experience in large scale transformations in both private and public sectors. We have even published a book on Change Management.
