Cathelco, now part of the Evac Group, are world leading manufacturers of equipment for ships and the offshore oil and gas industry. Marine growth prevention systems (MGPS) - protecting engine cooling system pipework against blockages caused by barnacles and mussels. The systems are widely used on commercial vessels, naval craft and luxury yachts. The Evac Evolution BWMS system developed by Cathelco is based on a combination of filtration and UV technology with capacities from 34 cubic metres/hr to 1,500 cubic metres/hr in a single unit.
