We provide families with basic skills training for recruiting, managing and terminating Direct Support Workers. Comprehensive backgrounds are completed on all Direct Support Workers at no cost to the client. We ensure access to training and certifications as needed for Direct Support Workers. We provide individual-centered planning for families to meet the needs of each client.
